Thebeautytrend.dk, CVR. 44885778 fully owns every bit of these terms. As our esteemed customer, you can completely rely on these terms and refer to them as our commitment to give a great buyer experience.

Payment and delivery

1. The Beauty Trend accepts payments made using Anyday, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard debit card, Mobilepay, PayPal, Visa, Visa debit.
2. In instances when a buyer completes the payment using an international payment card, an amount equal to the cost of the items purchased and delivery charges will be automatically debited from the bank balance immediately. 
3. Even though the amounts will be deducted from the customer’s bank balance immediately the order payment is completed, our payment gateway will only allow us to withdraw the money when the order is actually dispatched from our stores. This secures your money and makes it easy for us to work out cancellation refunds as the gateway will still be holding the money for us awaiting the dispatch. 
4. Cases where cancellation has been effected, the cancelled transaction will mature and payment remitted back to the paying account within approximately 2 days. However, do not panic if it takes slighly longer as some banks  may have up to 30 days to credit your account with the cancelled amounts. 
5. Since we only display products that are actually physically available on our shop at each time, be sure that the deductions for the shopping basket checkout will be automatically made when you complete the payment. 
6. We ship our products directly from our physical store. So there is no speculation about the ordered item being available or not. We only display what is in our inventory at each time. 
7. Beware that it is not possible to backorder an item after checkout. In such ases,  you will have to explore our Return policy and use it as appropriate.
8. The price of our products are marked in  Danish kroner. Over and above the price of an item, you get to pay a competitive shipping fee to cater for the delivery of your item to your order address.
9. You get to see a much more total amount at the checkout as it now includes the shiping cost.  Your bank may charge additionally for the services of purchasing using your card but that is not us to determine. 
10. We commit  to dispatch your order as soon as the payment is captured on our end. You should expect to receive you purchases within 5 days. Please contact us in case of any delays so that we may help check with the courier service used.
11. Our orders are delivered to customers using DAO 365, GLS, BRING or Postnord.
12. Our customers can also pick the items directly at the store located at the address; Asagården 33, st th 7500 Holstebro, Denmark.
